Then continue reading for some insight from a current challenge participant: "For any of you who may be on the fence about signing up for this challenge, I encourage you to stop debating and get on board. I am half way through my 12 week challenge and could not feel more different from the woman who started in January. I have already lost over 15 pounds, shed many inches from every part of my body, and have decreased my once sad mile time by two full minutes! I feel amazing. The first two weeks were tough, I attend the 5:30 AM boot camp in SW Austin, and I was sore, stiff, and not accustomed to the early and chilly hours, but once I jumped that hurdle it has become something that I truly look forward to. I no longer snarl when the alarm goes off, instead I am out of bed and eager to get out the door. Never in my life have I been so dedicated and motivated to make an investment in my health and body. This program is supportive and incredibly comprehensive. Stephanie tracks our meal plans, provides feedback, and is happy to answer any questions you may have, and she knows what she is doing. My two stiffest competitors in the challenge have lost over 20 pounds already and we still have six weeks to go! If you are willing to put in the work there is no way you won't see the results. I have been lucky enough to meet several of the coaches in the program at our free Saturday camps and all of them are enthusiastic, invested, and there to drive you closer to your goals.
